​The Experience

Set on a clifftop above the sea, our holiday home features new self-catering units with their own terraces over the water’s edge & access to our own private beach. Nature enthusiasts can often see dolphins visiting the bay, swans at the Alepu nature reserve, pelicans at Bourgas lake and hundreds of pink flamingos at Atanasovko salt lake.

​Our Story

Dear guests, we are truly motivated to provide you with a relaxed and unforgettable stay. In 2002 my husband and I were the first to buy land at Budjaka near Sozopol not knowing whether we would obtain building permission but the location exactly above the sea we found both inspirational & breathtaking & so we took the chance & after 17 years our dream came true. Now we are delighted to share this experience with you.

​Proximity: Sozopol old town is just 5 km away.

​Shopping: A small grocery shop is 500 m away, and a Lidl supermarket is 1.5 km distant.

​Dining: A delightful fish restaurant with tables over the sea is within easy walking distance.

​Adventure: Explore the nearby Duni and Arkutino beaches or take a scenic boat excursion on the Ropotamo River.
