In 2002 my husband and I bought the first plot of land at Budjaka, near Sozopol not knowing whether we would get building permission but the location, exactly above the sea we found inspirational and so we took the chance & after 17 years our dream has come true. We have a vista of an unspoiled nature reserve opposite in the bay & a golden sandy beach with dolphins sometimes visiting & playing in front of our eyes. We are now very pleased to share this experience with you.

Sozopol town is 3 km away & a small food shop is only 500 m distant. Lidl supermarket is about 1.5 km from us. A delightful fish restaurant with tables above the sea looking towards our house is within walking distance. In the nearby unspoiled nature reserve are situated Duni & Arkutino beaches & boat excursions on the Ropotamo river.
